Is it to avoid the amount of money totaling from Ilitch Holdings executives? This "homemaker" is same Marian Ilitch who is:

• vice chairwoman of Ilitch Holdings, Inc;


• co-founder of Little Caesars Pizza;


• co-owner of the Detroit Red Wings; and


• sole owner of Detroit's $1.1 billion MotorCity Casino.
