Hi, Verifiable
Dennis Whittlesey is one of the attorneys representing the developers of an Indian casino being built in Broken Arrow, OK. The actual big-money investors have not yet been named--only the attorneys and the 'managers' of the limited partnership: Luis Figueredo (atty) and Shane Rolls of Golden Canyon Partners, LLC, both from Miami, FL. While we know some of the background of those two individuals from online research, we do not know who are the investors putting up the money to build the casino. Being that Whittlesey, who has ties to the Detroit syndicators, is involved, I thought you might have an idea or be able to find out. I will check back here for an answer.
The proposed Red Clay Casino in Broken Arrow, OK, is to be operated on behalf of the Kialegee Tribal Town, a landless tribe in Wetumka, OK, once part of the Muscogee (Creek)Nation until it became a separate, legal autonomous entity in 1941. The land they want to build the casino on is individual Indian restricted/allotted land owned by two MCN tribal members. (One of the two sisters is Marcella Burgess Giles, an attorney who used to work for DOI/BIA and has extensive experience in Indian land/trust issues. One of her sons is Jason Giles, an attorney and newly named executive director of the National Indian Gaming Association. (He was previously the deputy director and general counsel.) The MCN has tribal jurisdiction over the land and has not given permission for the KTT to game there. BIA and NIGC still need to make rulings, but the developers are bulldozing their way to opening the casino this March (with prefab buildings and slot machines to start off with), regardless of their lack of official government agency approvals.
We want to know exactly who is trying to strong arm their way into our community. Can you help us?

Of course they will start it with prefab buildings. Next thing you know, they are already adding light gauge roof trusses all over it before it becomes one mega structure.
YOu should also pay attention as to what kind of floor panels you will be using for your home cause this will also give you assurance that your house will last long.
Incredible points. Great arguments. Keep up the great spirit.
