After reviewing tapes and transcripts available online, TVT has seen a pattern of Moorehead echoing these sentiments throughout the last two years; noteably at the end of legislative hearings where he had earlier tried to pursuade lawmakers that he was committed to Barstow 100% but over several hours of testimony grows frustrated and angry and blurts out what appear to be his true sentiments.
