Do you recognize this "competition-free" zone as you call it is 150x larger than Barstow itself?
OR 10x times larger than the City of Los Angeles?
OR 20% larger than the entire Island Nation of Jamaica?
That's sure one heck of a moat around the Barstow Gambling Palaces. Wonder what the pay-off was for such protection?
