The University of California Office of the President is conducting research on John Kotlar, vice president of Tax Affairs for Detroit-based Ilitch Holdings, Inc.
The University of California currently is recruiting for an Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer.
Could it be that Kotlar, who also holds a J.D., is under consideration for he job? What other reason could the UC executive offices have for researching Kotlar?
